Founder

Rise Up Solar is led by Peter Glick, a life sciences investor and executive who was thrilled to see solar’s impact on his own roof and wanted to enable others for whom renewable energy was just out of reach. Peter also serves as Chairman of NanoImaging Services and Meadowhawk Biolabs; along with being a board member of the Lake Winnipesaukee Association and the Lakes Region Conservation Trust. Peter and his family split their time between Cambridge and New Hampshire.

Partner

Loretta is a Certified Public Accountant and an Attorney. She provides tax advice and tax preparation services to small businesses and individuals as well as estate planning and estate administration services. Loretta has over 20 years’ experience providing tax and legal services to venture and private equity firms. She has an MST from Bentley University, a JD from Suffolk University Law School and an LLM from Boston University Law School. Loretta enjoys traveling with family and attending the theatre.

Partner

Jared has twenty years of private equity experience. He was previously a General Partner of Ampersand Capital Management, a growth equity investor in lower middle market healthcare companies. Since 2022, Jared has been focusing his efforts to combat climate change through green entrepreneurship. This includes projects such as Rise Up Solar and the Thissell Marsh restoration in partnership with Endicott College. Jared currently serves on the board of the Glen Urquhart School. Jared grew up in Ogunquit, Maine, maintaining a strong connection to his home state throughout his life. He currently lives in Beverly, Massachusetts with his family.

Digital Marketing Manager

Olivia is a marketing professional who has served in digital marketing and communications roles at MAYO Designs, The MUSE Foundation, and Voice Z Digital. She has a passion for the environment and supporting underserved communities, and her work seeks to connect allies and potential supporters to causes that matter to them. Olivia graduated from the Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.
